Summer Workouts / Off-Season Practices

Just a reminder that these begin tomorrow and if you plan on attending you need to fill out the attached “Out of Season Participation” form. This can be emailed to me or brought to the first workout you attend. Thank you!
We will begin our Summer Program 6/18. Workouts will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will run from 7am to about 8am followed by practice from 8am to 9am. Workouts will consist of weight training, conditioning, and speed and agility development. Practices will be helmets, sticks, and gloves and will include a lot of skill work and scheme development through drills. Our goal with these will be to maximize reps in the time we have.
These are non-mandatory and will not effect anyone’s status on the team or tryout evaluation. However, there is still an expectation of being present. The opportunity these practices give us cannot be overstated. We are holding these in the morning to avoid conflicts with other sports workouts, work schedules, and the summer heat. If you are around, you should be, and want to be, at these practices. The more student-athletes we have present, the more we can accomplish with this opportunity.
Please submit the attached form, also found in the documents tab, to me by printing and submitting at the first workout you attend or by emailing it to me before then.
