Equipment hand out is scheduled for Wednesday 2/28 and Thursday 2/29. First day of try-outs/practice is Friday 3/1. Student-Athletes will not receive equipment or be able to participate in practice until all their paperwork is submitted and approved. The sooner you get the paperwork in, the sooner we can make sure it is completed correctly and fix anything needed or submit anything that is missing.
REQUIRED
I. Students must be academically eligible. They must have a 2.0 GPA for the 2nd quarter marking period. They are permitted to have one failing grade but still must have a 2.0 GPA. We have the report cards in our online paperwork system.
II. All students must be insured.

III. They must have the following documents on file prior to trying out:
1. Current Physical (UPLOAD) dated after 4/1/2023. A physical is needed annually.
2. Proof of Residency (UPLOAD)– each season. Utility bill (BGE for example) is best option.
3. Parent Permission Online Form – required each sports season.
4. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Online Form
5. Concussion Online Form
IF YOU PLAYED or TRIED OUT FOR A FALL/WINTER SPORT YOU ONLY NEED TO RESUBMIT:
